Plantronics Voyager 6200 UC Wireless Headset
We built the Voyager 6200 UC for professionals who need a single headset that works everywhere. This wireless neckband headset delivers four-microphone active noise canceling (ANC) that adapts to your environment, whether you’re taking a call at your desk or walking through a busy terminal.
The fold-flat earbuds tuck away when you’re between calls, and the neckband design keeps the headset secure during movement without the bulk of an over-ear form factor. Our WindSmart technology ensures your voice stays clear even outdoors, while the dual-mode connectivity lets you pair to your PC via the included USB adapter and your smartphone simultaneously.
You get up to 16 hours of talk time with ANC enabled, and the magnetic earbuds auto-pause audio when you remove them. The 6200 UC is certified for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and all major UC platforms, so you can answer calls from any source with a single button.

Active noise canceling that follows you

The 6200 UC uses four microphones to create a dynamic ANC profile that adjusts as your environment changes. When you’re at your desk, the system filters steady-state noise like HVAC and office chatter. Walk outside or into a loud lobby, and the headset recalibrates within seconds to handle transient noise and wind.
We placed two of the ANC mics in the neckband and two in the earbuds themselves, creating a hybrid feedforward-feedback loop that catches more frequencies than single-point designs. You can toggle ANC on or off with the neckband button, and the system automatically disables when battery drops below 10% to preserve talk time.
Dual-mode connectivity for UC and mobile

Every 6200 UC ships with a USB-A Bluetooth adapter that plugs into your PC or Mac and pairs automatically when you power on the headset. Once paired, the adapter handles all softphone audio — Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or any UC client.
The headset also maintains a second Bluetooth connection to your smartphone, so incoming mobile calls route to the same earbuds without switching devices. Press the call button once to answer whichever line is ringing; a voice prompt announces the source. This A2DP multipoint stack lets you stream music from your phone while staying connected to your PC for work calls.
Magnetic earbuds and wear sensors

The 6200 UC’s earbuds snap together magnetically when not in use, creating a closed loop that rests flat against your chest under the neckband. This fold-flat design prevents the buds from swinging loose during movement and keeps cables from tangling in bags.
When you separate the earbuds to insert them, the headset powers on automatically and reconnects to your last paired device. Remove both buds mid-call or mid-track, and the built-in accelerometer pauses audio within one second. Reinsert either bud, and playback resumes from the same point.

Common questions about the Voyager 6200 UC
Yes. The 6200 UC supports simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices — your PC via the included USB adapter and your smartphone via native Bluetooth. You can answer calls from either source without manually switching, and a voice prompt announces which line is ringing.
You get up to 16 hours of talk time with ANC running. If you disable ANC, battery life extends to roughly 18 hours. Standby time exceeds two weeks, and a 15-minute quick charge provides around 3.5 hours of use.
Yes. The headset is certified for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business, and it works with Zoom, Webex, RingCentral, and any softphone that supports USB or Bluetooth audio. Call control buttons map to Teams functions automatically when paired.
The included BT600 adapter provides up to 98 feet (30 meters) of range in open space. Actual range depends on obstacles like walls and interference from other wireless devices. The headset will reconnect automatically if you move back into range after a brief dropout.
Yes. The 6200 UC uses standard oval gel eartips, and we sell replacement tip packs in small, medium, and large sizes. You can also use compatible third-party tips as long as they fit the earbud nozzle diameter.
Yes. Built-in wear sensors detect when you remove both earbuds and pause audio within one second. When you reinsert either bud, playback resumes from the same point. This feature works for both calls and media playback.
The included adapter is USB-A. If your laptop only has USB-C ports, you’ll need a USB-A to USB-C adapter or our separately sold BT600C USB-C variant. The headset itself charges via USB-C, so you can use standard USB-C cables for charging.
