We back the Blackwire 3220 with a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your headset develops audio issues, control malfunctions, or structural failures during normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover physical damage from accidents or unauthorized modifications.
The cable on the Blackwire 3220 is permanently attached to the headset and cannot be replaced separately. We designed the cable with Kevlar reinforcement and strain relief at both connection points to maximize durability. If the cable becomes damaged within the two-year warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the entire headset unit.
